Prompting Guidelines

• Please post only one prompt per comment. You may leave as many comments with prompts as you want.


• Prompts may be as general and broad (e.g., "snow," "everyday adventures," "fluff," "secrets," "gift-giving") or as specific (e.g., "a cover of the Marathon: Infinity theme that is exactly 3 minutes and 14 seconds long and uses only kazoos and banjos") as you would like to make them.


• Explicit/kinky prompts are welcome! Please put "NSFW" in the comment title of explicit/kinky prompts.


• Prompts are ideas for other people to use, not requests; not all prompts will have works created for them, and that's okay.


• Please respect others' prompts. If you see a prompt you don't like, you don't have to create for it; just choose prompt(s) that you do like/that inspire you.


• Prompts from the previous round may be reused, whether or not they were filled.

After prompting closes, the mods will freeze comments on this post and go through the prompts. Depending on the number of prompts, we will either use all of them and divide them into seven groups in order to have a variety of prompts for each day, or we will number them and use a random number generator to select prompts. If a prompt is not chosen as one of the official prompts, you can still use it for inspiration.

Durandal's long term goals are agnostic about whether the Security Officer survives. And yet the Security Officer always seems to be involved in the methods he comes up with to achieve those goals.

Will Durandal update his parameters or not? (Perhaps he's confronted by some external stimulus that highlights the contradiction?)
